Have you ever wondered what it would be like to sleep under the stars with your very own team of dogs nestled down beside you?

Mad Dogs and Englishmen are pleased to be able to offer this unique experience.

We offer multi-day winter camping adventures from the first explorers point of view. You will be given your own team of dogs to help care for. You will learn how to feed and snack them on the trail, how to rest them and then bed them down for the night. Your guide will prepare your meals over an open fire and assist you in setting up your tent, or if snow conditions allow, build quinzies to keep you warm through the long winter night.

Our guides are pro's at winter camping after several years of taking the British Army out on 4-5 day dogsledding excursions. Our guides are fully trained and qualified in winter survival and safety, wilderness first-aid, avalanche awareness and search and rescue techniques.
