Booking Deposit & Payment

50% deposit required upon booking.

For individual bookings balance due 48 hours prior to tour date / For a group of 6 or more balance is required 7 days prior to tour date.

Mad Dogs & Englishmen can accept payment with Mastercard, Visa, or through Paypal. When booking, please confirm which form of payment your prefer. If via paypal, a payment request will be sent to you via our account to your email address. You will simply have to follow a link into Paypal's secure network to complete transaction. You can complete transaction using a credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or a Paypal account if you have one. You do not require a Paypal account to complete transaction. If you prefer, you can send a cheque in Canadian funds to our business address.

Cancellations

If the trip is cancelled by Mad Dogs and Englishmen Inc a full refund will apply. Reasons for tour cancellation may include poor weather conditions, poor trail conditions, guide sickness, avalanche danger, wildlife concerns/activity in the area and other various reasons.

If the booking is cancelled by the client, the following cancellation policy applies:

• For individual bookings, cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to tour date are refundable less a $10.00 administration fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
   
• For a groups of 6 or more, cancellations made up to 7 days prior to tour date are refundable less $10 admin fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Children

Children 5 years old to 9 years old are 1/2 price with an adult fare for most tours unless specified. Children 2-4 are $30 and under 2 are no-charge.

Transportation

All tours do not include transportation. Most of our clients prefer to drive to the trailhead so they can spend more time up in the Spray Lakes area before or after their tour.

Dog Sledding - Single Supplement Option

It is our policy to run sleds with 2 adults and one guide per sled. One adult would be in the bucket and the other would stand on the back to work with the guide on driving the sled. A third person is allowed if it is a child.

Single Supplement Option: For those who wish to ride on a sled alone, a single supplement can be charged to allow for this. The rate would be 50% of an adult fare for the tour chosen. Otherwise, we do take single reservations but without the single supplement charge, another single may be paired with you at our discretion.
